Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Specs, Features, Price Rumors: $1,000 Device to Release in September 2015?

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was perhaps the best device of its kind when it was released last year, and on that note, consumers are eager to find out how the newest Samsung device plans to beat its predecessor.

For those that may not know, the Note 5 is projected for release this year on September 2015.

The Note 5 is believed to be sporting a 6 inch screen with 4K AMOLED display. This will be the first of it's kind to do this.

"4K is essentially UHD (Ultra High Definition) and it speaks of a 3840 x 2160 pixel resolution -- four times that of 1080p Full HD," writes Latino Post.

"If the rumor holds truth, the Galaxy Note 5 is certainly ahead of its predecessor. The Galaxy Note 4 arrived with a 5.7-inch QHD (Wide Quad High Definition) Super AMOLED screen, packing a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels."

The device's camera is believed to shoot a t 16 or 21 MP with the front camera at 5 or 6 MP. It was also reported that the camera will be capable of shooting full HD videos.

"The Galaxy Note 5 is expected to ship with Qualcomm's 64-bit Snapdragon 810 processor or a newer chipset. The source predicted that an Exynos variant comes out 'in certain markets'. Four GB of RAM and microSD support were also expected," writes Latino Post.

The new phone will also come with the Android Lollipop 5.0, but it has been confirmed that all Samsung Galaxy Note phones are eligible for this update.

Along with these internal features, the phone's website confirms a "new battery saving mode, metal body, eye scanning technology, Corning Gorilla Glass 4 and a water and dust-proof hardware."

The website also speculates that the Note 5 will retail at a price of $1,000.
