Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Release Date, Specs Rumors: Device to Pack Ultra HD 4K Display?
The next phablet from Samsung, the Galaxy Note 5 is set to release in the third quarter of 2015, according to various rumors and reports.
Although, Samsung still hasn't mentioned anything about the device in making or its release, the Internet is flooded with user expectations.
The device is expected to come with different features and specifications, but most of the features are reported to follow its predecessors as the Galaxy Note 4 has completed its one-year in the market.
According to International Business Times, Galaxy Note is expected to be powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor and packed with at least 8GB RAM, while other reports suggest that the device may be powered by Exynos 7420 SoC contrasting the previous with Qualcomm chips.
Coming to its display, the device is expected to have around 3840 x 2160 pixel Ultra HD, 4K display, according to Trusted Reviews. Other reviews have suggested the device may have a 6-inch display, which is an all-time new for a phablet.
Talking about its memory and processor, it is expected to have an 8-core Snapdragon 810 chip system which will come paired with at least 4 GB or RAM and possibly as many as 6 GB.
On the other hand, there are also rumors that instead of Snapdragon chips from Qualcomm, the Galaxy Note 5 will sport an Exynos 7420 SoC, which also means 8 cores but of two different kinds -four Cortex A57 cores and four Cortex A53 cores, according to 4K.
The website also suggested that the camera is expected to offer 18 megapixels and a comparatively powerful sensor while the front facing camera will offer at least 4 megapixels and possibly as many as 6 or 7.
