Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes News: Hollywood Couple Steps Out for Date Night

It was parents' night out for Hollywood couple Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes when they attended the sold out Don Rickles show at the Saban Theatre in Los Angeles last Saturday. It was a rare view for the media and the public as the two big-named celebrities have been out of the public's sight since last year.

The new parents, Gosling and Mendes have been keeping it on the low key even before their baby girl was born giving several reporters opportunity to speculate that they have split up or that their relationship had been rocky.

But finally, it has been confirmed that the rumors were false and that the two are still very much together in their rare date night last Saturday. The two were seen looking better than ever according to several reports.

"They seemed very happy and relaxed together," a source told Paramount executive Brad Grey who was also in the show. Mendes, wearing a leopard-print dress with a pair of wedges, a pink scarf wrapped around her head and a black purse looked blooming while her beau Gosling was classic in a black and white suit and his growing beard.

As they put split rumors to rest in stepping out as a couple to attend the show, several other celebrities were reportedly in attendance like Jimmy Kimmel, Mindy Kaling, B.J. Novak, Jason Alexander, Bob Newhart, John Mayer and more.

In the past year, the two have been in the headlines for being rumored to have split. But the news had always been thought of as "ridiculous," according to an insider of E! News. "Ryan and Eva are super-super-private," a source recently shared with E! News, "Neither felt the need to get married, it's just not a huge priority for either of them. They know what they have," the source added.

In other news, it has been four months apparently, since Mendes gave birth to her baby girl, Esmeralda Amada, whose name was taken from Victor Hugo's novel 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame'. In her previous interview, the actress shared some little details about her new life as a mom.

"Motherhood is cake compared to what it's like to be a baby," she joked to The Violet Files. "Everything is a struggle for her. For instance, I haven't thrown up since the '90s and she's thrown up twice since we started this interview," Mendes added.
