Rosie Huntington-Whiteley News: Actress Reveals Workout Routine in Instagram Video Post

Apparently, it takes a lot of work to achieve the fit physique of actress and model Rosie Huntington-Whitely. Earlier today, the 'Mad Max: Fury Road' actress posted a fast-paced video on her social media showing off some of her workout routine with her trainer.

While some may not want to accept that to achieve their dream shape is to get down and sweat it out for a few hours, Whiteley apparently is on full acceptance and very well driven to maintain her healthy body as she revealed that she does it daily.

In the video, Whiteley was seen doing different work out stunts that are surprisingly doable for many. The model was seen sweating it out working on her arms, legs, core and while doing different moves. There was also some other regular work out routines like push-ups, leg lifts, crunches, jumps, high kicks and dance moves.

All in all, the work out was definitely a lot of work and it was non-stop which apparently is very effective for the model obviously as she looks like she is at the best of her body nowadays.

She captioned the video with, "Sweating it out @bodybysimone with my girl @errrrrrrka #GetItGirl #Strength #Power #Vitality," which already hundreds of her followers on Instagram liked and commented.

Previously, Whiteley also shared a few details on how she tries to maintain a healthy lifestyle despite sometimes eating heavily at restaurants. "I love going to restaurants for dinner and out for drinks...I love savory food-cheese, bread, pasta, French fries, bacon, pigs in a blanket! (I could just eat a plate of pigs in a blanket, and I'd be happy.)," she told Harper's Bazaar at a previous interview.

So now fans know that it is just simply a healthy balance of eating right and sometimes eating what you want so you don't splurge on eating a lot when an opportunity arrives. Kudos to Whiteley!
