Ronda Rousey News: Champ Won't Fight into Her 30s, Calls UFC Career Unfinished Without ‘Cyborg’ Fight

UFC women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey is scheduled to defend her title at UFC 193 in Melbourne, Australia against Holly Holm, but during an appearance on the "Joe Rogan Experience," the undefeated fighter spoke of a potential opponent that fans have been salivating for her to face.

"It just seems unfinished - my career, there's more left to do - I don't feel I'm done yet," Rousey said. "With the Olympics, it's just like, you win an Olympic gold medal and you're done. With the UFC, when am I really done? It feels unfinished still. [The "Cyborg' fight] definitely would [help]."

The 28-year-old then carried on saying she doesn't plan to be in MMA in her 30s, which if she sticks to that timeframe, leaves only a few years for the UFC and Cris Justino to make the fight happen.

Rousey has insisted that she will only fight Justino at 135 pounds, which would require the Invicta FC's 145-pound champion to move down in weight.

"The thing is, someone who uses steroids and those kinds of things, they need that to mentally think they have an advantage they didn't earn, Rousey said. "It's a crutch for her. She needs to feel like she somehow has an advantage from the outside. She doesn't think she's good enough with what she has. That's why you dope in the first place because you feel like the best you have isn't good enough."

"If you can't make weight and be on steroids, even if it's making weight or relatedly making weight-friendly steroid, you're still, without it you're capable of moving down. You see what happens to people without it when they get off steroids? You see what they look like. It's very easy for them to drop down. They immediately shrink up. It changes everything. It's all an insecurity thing."

Rousey will be headlining UFC 193 on Nov. 5 opposite boxing champion Holm.
