By now it's pretty clear that 'Twilight' star Robert Pattinson likes to keep his life private from the constantly swarming paparazzi. However, he was recently spotted showing some PDA during a stroll with his new girlfriend, singer FKA Twigs.

The two were walking peacefully in the streets of Los Angeles where they are reportedly headed to have lunch at a local café when they were photographed. Both were dressed casually and apparently displayed some major affection toward each other.

The British actor was photographed first holding hands with his girlfriend then with his arm around her. It was a rare moment especially for the two Hollywood stars since they are not really known to do this kind of thing out in public.

Previously, Twigs revealed that dating Pattinson was a challenge for her and mentioned that have bullied her online about it. "I really enjoy the fun of putting something out and people liking it or hating it or talking about it, but vacuous [mindless] attention, it feels disgusting. It's like a hangover. It's weird," she told USA Today.

"I know that's not really because of me or what I'm doing, [but] the positivity that I get from [my relationship] makes the more challenging aspects...very worth it," Twigs added explaining the online bullies she experienced.

Reports claim that one of the reasons why Pattinson dates Twigs is because of her disinterest with the media attention he previously got while dating his 'Twilight' co-star Kristen Stewart. In her previous interview, Twigs revealed her view on fame. "I don't want to be in front of the camera forever," she revealed in the new issue of Rolling Stone.

And added "I'm not thirsty. I'm not a pop star. I don't want to reign over all forever. I don't want to be famous! It makes me feel sick, the thought of being a famous person. It's just not me. I'm the happiest when I'm in the studio, not on a beauty parade."
