Right off the heels of his Gospel Blue M.I.C. Artist of the Year Award, silky smooth jazz vocalist Robert E. Person's digital release SOUL SANCTUARY will now be available in stores across the country. In partnership with the Independent Gospel Artist Alliance and the Gospel Blue M.I.C. Achievement Awards, Robert was awarded a national distribution contract with Nashville based New Day Christian Distributors to release SOUL SANCTUARY today!

The project features Robert's high spirited Gospel radio single "Gotta Praise" which rose to #38 on the MediaBase Current Gospel Chart last week.  SOUL SANCTUARY also includes a jazz-tinged rendition of the classic hymn "Great Is Thy Faithfulness" and is highlighted with a beautiful rendition of the classic "Someday We'll All By Free" by music legend Donny Hathaway. "It's been one of my favorite songs and Donny Hathaway has been one of my favorite singers for years," recounts Robert. "I stayed true to the classic nature of the original. The orchestration is a bit jazzier, but we made sure to keep the sentiment and true integrity of the song."
