Rihanna wants her new beau, Karim Benzema, to stay for the long haul. She has been getting closer with the star and a new report claims that getting to know him has changed her perspective on monogamy.

Although the singer has had several flings, apparently, her relationship with Benzema is something different and special, compared to the rest.

The couple has been spotted all over the place recently. They have been inseparable, seen partying in New York and Los Angeles together, and it appears that Rihanna is head over heals for him.

"It's taken a long time for the relationship to get off the ground, but she says that's what makes it special," said a source to LOOK magazine. "He's the first guy she's actually gotten to know before diving in head first. She's been telling people she's never experienced anything like this in her life, and that she trusts him like her best friend."

The couple must have a lot of trust, since Benzema was totally cool when he and Rihanna ran into Chris Brown while partying in Hollywood.

The insider says that the singer is "completely swept off her feet" by the French soccer star, and that it has even changed her whole outlook on marriage.

"Rihanna seems to have undergone a major transformation," continues the source. "She's gone from saying that she doesn't believe in monogamy at all, to talking about how she just wants to be with one guy. Secretly I think Rihanna would love a proposal."
