'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Lisa Vanderpump recently resurfaced at yet another high-class social gathering in the Bella New York magazine's annual White Party. And when she was interviewed at the party, Vanderpump can't help but think of her co-star Kim Richards who had been having legal troubles lately.

As Richards reportedly spent a day in jail for allegedly shoplifting outside a Southern California Target store for $600 worth of merchandise, her co-star Vanderpump just spoke of her dear friend revealing her worries for the troubled reality star.

"It's a shame. I've been saddened by that and it's really not my place to comment on that now," Vanderpump told E! News during the event while walking the Red Carpet. "Obviously, she's a friend and not family but it's out there...It saddens me to see her going in this direction," she added.

Although saying it is out of her business to meddle, Vanderpump still reveals what she think is best to do at this point in Richards' life. "I think she has really good support but now her support needs to really step in and something needs to be done," Vanderpump continued.

It is indeed a challenging time for Richards who has also reportedly been in and out of rehab for her alcohol problems and some sources even previously claims that since Richards is out of the hit reality series, she is also struggling with her finances.

However it is assured that Richards has her family and friends and even her co-stars in the series to call in case she wanted to accept the help she needs. Vanderpump even revealed that she has been in "close contact" with Richards' sister and also a cast member in 'Rich Housewives of Beverly Hills' Kyle Richards.

However Vanderpump says that she hasn't talked to Richards herself. "I haven't [reached out] because I feel there are people a lot closer to her than I am," the she explained. "I send her well wishes and hope she's okay."
