In the episode of Real Housewives of New York City that aired on June 16^th, Ramona Singer stirred up a ton of drama at Luann de Lessep's party for the debut of her fashion line.

The week began with Bethenny inviting the ladies to a cupcake decorating party, and while they were there, Sonja Morgan shared the wonderful news with the ladies that she is finally debt free.

She invited all of the friends to Turks and Caicos to celebrate, and though Bethenny was hesitant to accept the invite, Ramona and Sonja promised her that the getaway would be without drama.

Eventually, Bethenny decided to come, but was worried about leaving her daughter, Bryn, for too long, so she told the ladies that she would only be able to stay on the trip for three days.

Most of the women were upset because they all had rearranged their schedules for the trip, and wished she would have done the same.

However, Bethenny revealed that if she stayed for the entire trip, she would not be able to see her daughter for 21 days, part of the fallout from her ongoing ugly divorce.

She began to cry, and while Heather and Kristen admitted that they wanted to offer her a hug, only Luann stepped up and pulled her aside to give a listening ear.

At Luann's fashion party, Ramona lost it on Kristen for making Bethenny upset earlier.

She called Kristen "dumb", which was the last straw for Kristen who told Ramona hat she is "acting royal", before storming out of the room, glass of wine in hand.
