"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" opened with Melissa inviting her sister-in-law to a fashion show in an effort to rebuild their relationship.

"I'll feel like we're super close when I can start telling her I don't agree with everything she says," Melissa told Joe.

"If she's a pain in the a--, you need to tell her that. I tell her all the time," Joe quipped.

The two were happy to see Teresa and her daughter Milania show up at the event. They had dinner afterwards.

Meanwhile, Siggy was battling with Sophie about her excessive phone and social media use. When her daughter was detained for using her phone during class, Siggy sought the advice of Jacqueline, who told her that she had to confiscate her daughter's phone.

Siggy teared up when her daughter and son told her that she never listened to them. After the confrontation, she promised her children that she would make an effort to always hear them out.

As for Dolores, things weren't going well for her. Aside from the fact that her pet dog Boo was suffering from kidney failure, her ex-husband was scolding her for not finding time for their children because she's too busy with the opening of her gym business.

The episode also followed Chris and Jacqueline as they invited Joe over for a home-cooked meal. Both women told their husbands they simply wanted to have fun, but the fun lasted for just about 10 minutes. Everything went well at first, but things took a nosedive when Teresa said she wanted to "keep any toxic people away." After Jacqueline nodded, Teresa brought up how she felt when Melissa, Caroline and Jacqueline ganged up on her in 2011. Jacqueline then told Teresa that all she had done was ask if there was any truth to an article she read, which claimed that Teresa was going to jail.

"You told me I was crazy, and it wasn't true and clearly it was true!" said Jacqueline. However, Teresa said she genuinely did not know it was true when the article was published.

According to Teresa, there was a "disconnect" between them because her real friends knew what was going on that time. She also told them that her brother had told her not to trust Jacqueline. Doubting that Joe would tell that to Teresa, Jacqueline called Joe in front of Teresa to know the truth.

The angry Teresa told Jacqueline that she would never ask her about her personal business.

"You put it in a tabloid!" screamed Jacqueline. However, Teresa argued that it was nobody's business even if she got paid for sharing a story about her own self.  Teresa then summoned her husband to leave. This bummed Chris and Joe, as they were already enjoying their time together.

Things got uglier when Jacqueline told Teresa that she had heard her blame her brother and Melissa for her legal woes, to which Teresa responded by calling Jacqueline "crazy." And then she stormed out.

On their way home, Joe asked Teresa what the deal was. When Teresa gave her account of the story, Joe got angrier at Jacqueline and even called her a "bitch."
