'Resident Evil 4' For PS4 & Xbox One Release Date, News: Title Brags Soaring Visuals; Availabie For Pre-Orders Now

Along with its availability for pre-orders, Capcom's "Resident Evil 4" for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One is revealed to showcase an enhanced visuals.

"Resident Evil 4" is set to run at 1080p, as per Game Ranx. According to the publication, the title is set to have a boosted frame rate on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, as compared to its predecessors. It is further revealed that the image quality of the forthcoming title is set to be at par with that of "Resident Evil 5" and "Resident Evil 6."

As per Xbox's official website, "Resident Evil 4" is a revolutionary masterpiece, which showcases a shift for the series, as gameplay has evolved to a third person over-the-shoulder point-of-view, not to mention that it is set for the first time. As per the publication, the game can be pre-dowloaded, but will not be playable until 12:01 a.m. EST when it hits the market. The title is priced at $19.99.

"Resident Evil 4," also known as "Biohazrd 4" in Japan, is Capcom's survival horror third-person shooting video game. It centers on United States government special agent Leon S. Kennedy, who is set to save United States President's daughter Ashley Graham, who has been abducted by a sinister cult. As per Bloody Disgusting, the title has become the video game embodiment of a horror film killer that does not die.

"Resident Evil 4" is set to be released for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on Aug. 30.
