'Reign' Season 3 Spoilers: Series Gets 50/50 Chance At Renewal From The CW
"Reign" is currently on its third season. However, there is a 50/50 chance that it might not get renewed for a fourth season.
According to ENSTARS, the show got 0.3 in the 18-49 rating. The numbers, although not totally bad, puts them in jeopardy. "Jane The Virgin" and "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" are also in the brink of being cancelled by the CW network.
As for the coming episodes of "Reign" season 3, actress Adelaide Kane, the one who plays Mary, told The Reel Spin that changes will come as the season progresses.
"It's going to be a whole new world, it's gonna be new people and cast. We're going to keep the court in England, and we're going to keep the court in France as well. It's going to end up being a three pronged show... bigger and badder than ever," the 25-year-old Kane stated.
Fans of the show could only hope that the coming episode would bring enough x-factor to boost the show's ratings, hence, bump that 50/50 chance at renewal to a higher percentage. If not, the least we could all hope for is a good ending for the series before it gets cut off for good.
"Reign" is an American historical fantasy romance series. It aired its first episode on October 17, 2013. It got a fair score from Rotten Tomatoes; getting 78% on its "Tomatometer" while getting an 85% score from the average audience. It also got 7.6/10 from the International Movie Database.
