"Reign" season 3 is hurtling in a direction that is spurring chaos among some people. Of course the Red Knights are still there to cause certain problems, as well as Mary and Elizabeth to take advantage of their relationship to make sure their plans would work.

In the previous episode, Queen Elizabeth of England officially announced that Queen Mary of Scots will be the heir to her throne, leading to an unexpected twist. However, it seems that things are going to get a bit more complicated in episode 13.

The official synopsis for the next episode titled "Strange Bedfellows" suggests that actions of some of the characters are going to lead to danger.

"Mary, in order to protect Elizabeth, unknowingly puts Gideon's life in danger. To save him, Mary turns to another Englishman for help--Robert Dudley. Meanwhile, Bash is determined to track down the men behind the threats to Catherine," reads the synopsis.

Based on the promo, Mary unknowingly risks the life of Gideon to ensure the safety of Elizabeth, but she enlists an Englishman named Robert Dudley to save Gideon.

Meanwhile, Bash will do everything in his power to pursue the men behind the threats received by Catherine. But since season 3 is already coming to a close, this pursuit could just be one of Bash's final adventures.

In other news, Anna Popplewell, Craig Parker, Celina Sinden, Jonathan Keltz and Rose Wiliams are starring in the next episode of "Reign."
