'Rebel Heart' Tour Postponed News: Madonna Reschedules Upcoming New Album Tour

Fans know that Madonna is well known for being a perfectionist when it comes to her performances, but with this in mind, the star singer has revealed that putting together all of the elements of her Rebel Heart tour is taking a little bit longer than she had planned.

For that reason, Madonna has decided to postpone the first five nights of her international tour so that she will have enough time to get things just right.

She delayed the launch of the tour by more than a week, and her opening night will now be on September 9th in Montreal, Quebec.

Of course, Madonna reached out to her fans, explaining that the change would be for the best, saying, "As my fans already know, the show has to be perfect. Assembling all the elements will require more time than we realized. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause my fans. I can promise you this show will be worth the wait. Can't wait to share it with all my Rebel Hearts out there."

The updated tour schedule will honor those fans that have already purchased tickets for the reschedule dates, which have been moved to the end of the tour, in January 2016.

Some places that Madonna will be appearing for her international tour include Washington, DC, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Atlantic City, Toronto, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

She will also be crossing the pond, appearing in Koln and Berling in Germany, as well as Prague, Stockholm, Denmark, Amsterdam, Spain and Italy.

She will also be making stops at Manchester and Birmingham in the UK, and will finish off in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
