Although Heather Dubrow is married to a Hollywood plastic surgeon and is one of the stars of Real Housewives of Orange County, she has not had any plastic surgery.

However, unfortunately, the long time reality television star says that she gets body shamed for not having had surgery.

"Being married to a plastic surgeon, everyone assumes I've had everything done, but this is my [real] body and [real] face," said Dubrow in an interview with HuffPost Live.

Dubrow is a mother of four, and has always supported using non surgical methods to minimize the effects of aging.

In fact, she and her husband have an anti aging product line called Consult Beaute.

Even so, the reality star gets pressured to go under the knife from the public.

Last week, Dubrow shared a photograph from a vacation with her family in Hawaii on her Instagram account.

The photo featured Dobrow by the pool wearing a black bikini. Although most fans complimented her figure, she was hassled by several haters.

"People started body shaming me for not having a chest," said Dubrow. "I did when I was younger, but after four kids, the suck the life out of you. There's nothing wrong with [breast implants], but I just can't do it."

When asked by a HuffPost Live fan which on of her costars on Real Housewives of Orange County could use her husband's help on his show on E!, botched, she Dubrow was quite diplomatic.

"Everyone in our cast looks very good," she said. RHOC airs Mondays at 9:00 pm on Bravo.
