On the last episode of The Real Housewives of New York, some dramatic events escalated quite quickly. The women organized a ladies night, hosted by Luanne on last Tuesday's episode of Bravo's reality show.

In a confessional, Luann stated that the point of the girls night was to meet some one, and that she invited all of her single friends. These included Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan and Bethenny Frankel.

Kelly Bensimon made an appearance this episode as well, and dedicated viewers remember her from seasons 2 to 4 of The Real Housewives of New York. Kelly and Luann had some extreme conflicts while Kelly was on the show, and now that she is back it appears that more of the same is in store.

At the beginning of the episode, there was a brunch war as Bethenny and Ramona had a brunch show down of sorts. Both women invited the other ladies to brunch on the same day, and Luann decided that it's best that the group attend both of them.

Apparently the feud between Bethenny and Ramona started long before the brunch drama. Ramona borrowed a dress from Bethenny when she made an appearance on her talk show and left with the dress, later telling Bethenny it was lost, yet posting pictures in the dress on Instagram.

The women chose to go to Bethenny's brunch first, where they were treated to a lot of Skinny Girl cocktails and even some swag. Then the ladies Sonja and Dorinda waited for the others to show up and had to leave without eating anything.

Luann came up with the girls night out invite in order to bring everyone together, but she mistepped by inviting Kelly Bensimon, who was also Bethenny's old nemesis, without any warning.
