"The Real Housewives Of New Jersey" star, Teresa Guidice and husband Joe has had hard times with intimacy after Teresa served her time.

As reported in Enstarz, Teresa wrote in her book, "Turning The Tables: From Housewife To Inmate & Back Again." It is revealed that the couple's difficulties started in the first two days when they sought some privacy.

The source said, as written in an Enstarz article:

"Joe was frustrated the girls wouldn't leave the bedroom because they had missed Teresa so much. He understood..." 

"[He] made it clear, on the third night, everyone would go back to their own bedrooms." 

Teresa is planning to write a follow-up to her memoir. The reality star would allegedly share how she felt during her first few days out of jail. An insider close to Joe's wife revealed:

"Teresa will add a chapter at the end of the paperback about how anxious she was to get home for the first time. Knowing cameras were going to be there filming for 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey', she just didn't know what to anticipate." 

Teresa had something big to look forward to when she got back home from jail though. Joe lavished his wife with a Lexus SUV. "She was so surprised by the Lexus SUV that Joe had gotten for her, but made sure the couple could afford it."
