'Real Housewives of New Jersey' News: RHONJ’s Teresa Giudice Pictured on Cover of Us Weekly

Reality television star Teresa Giudice has recently been featured, along with her husband and two daughters, on the cover of Us weekly. The photo shows the Real Housewives of New Jersey star in her first photo since she has begun her 15 month sentence in prison.

For those that may not know, Giudice was convicted of bank fraud.

The picture is taken in the visitation room at the Danbury Federal Correctional Institution in Connecticut, where Giudice is serving her sentence, according to Headlines and Global News.

Fans were shocked to see the drastic change in Giudice's appearance, as her hair is curlier and shorter and she is not wearing much makeup.

Her husband, Joe Giudice says that while he is trying his best to keep the family together, he misses his wife and cries every time his visits with her are over.

"She's got a little group she hangs out with and does her thing with every day, and who she goes to the gym with and who she hangs out with, and who does her hair and who does her nails ... They have their little thing going on every day," Joe said of Teresa's routines in an exclusive 4-hour interview with Extra at his Towaco, N.J., home, reports Headlines and Global News.

Teresa states that she feels the same way and that she misses her daughters a lot. The couple has four daughters, who email their mother every day, and while her youngest daughter believes that her mother is away at work, the rest of the family, including Teresa's mother tries to visit her every weekend.

The couple was convicted of bank fraud and have arranged to have consecutive sentences so that they could take turns staying at home to take care of their children.

Teresa will be released before Christmas, and Joe will begin a 41 month sentence immediately after her release.
