'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star Amber Marchese recently broke her silence and inspired thousands of women yet again, to fight against breast cancer. The reality star who just broke the news that she has cancer all over again shared how she is ready to battle once more and this time, several are hoping that she will win for good.

"I'm going to handle this with grace, positivity and faith," she told the news agency, "I don't know why this is happening to me, but it is. So I have to turn it into an opportunity to raise awareness. Some good has to come from this," she added.

The brave Marchese shared how she found out about it that made her want to ask if the news from her doctor was a joke. "I went in for surgery on the 20th. On the 23rd, the surgeon called to say it wasn't good news. It was cancer," Marchese said adding, "In my mind, I said 'Is this a joke?' But I didn't say it because I knew it wasn't."

The news came weeks before Marchese decided to tell the world as she shared how she wasn't ready to tell everyone about it the moment she found out. "It's a hard thing to wrap your arms around. I wasn't prepared to talk about it yet," she continued.

The brave Marchese continues to inspire many and her next move is to have another mastectomy which is reportedly scheduled on May 18 and then she will be starting her radiation afterwards. "Nothing surprises me anymore. I realize how nasty this disease can be. I'm a health nut, so this is just really confusing," she admitted. "But I have to let my ego and my pride go and realize this happens to a lot of people and I'm no different than anyone else."

Despite all the hardships and sadness that many are consoling with the star, the 37-year-old assures her fans that she is strong and can face the disease bravely. "I am physically strong and through my spiritual faith, I am mentally strong," Marchese shared on her Twitter, "God willing, I can put this all behind me and simply be mom again."
