'Real Housewives of Melbourne' Season 2 News: RHOM Star Jackie Gillies Talks Second Installment

The ladies from Down Under kicked off their show with a bang Thursday night. Fans were not disappointed to see the stars share a lot of drama and laughs on the premiere of the show's second season. A fan favorite, 33-year-old Jackie Gillies, opened up about what is to come in future episodes.

In an interview with People Magazine, Gillies said that there will be everything fans expect from a "Housewives" reality TV series and more. She said, "There's drama, there's tears, there's arguments - happy moments, too. There's a lot of comedy this season, I will say."

Whatever the ratio of drama to comedy the series will have, the cast of "RHOM" will certainly keep viewers on the edge of their seats. Gillies, along with Chyka Keebaugh, Gina Liano, Janet Roach and Lydia Schiavello, welcomed two new members to the group.

The first new member, Gamble Breaux is described by People as a "dog-loving art consultant." According to Gillies, Gamble and Janet have already had a big bashing out on each other since Gamble speculates that Janet has a very shady past as a stripper. "Gamble, she just goes off very quickly," Gillies adds.

The second new member, Pettifleur Berenger, is described by The Herald Sun as "determined, feisty and glamorous." Gillies said of her new cast member, "Pettifleur is like a koala bear you want to cuddle and then a hot chili you want to spit out - at the same time."

Season 1 of "RHOM" was extremely successful last year. It aired on Sundays and when fans cried for more, Bravo decided to move the show to a weekday time slot on Thursday nights.

"The Real Housewives of Melbourne" airs every Thursday at 9:00 pm ET on Bravo.
