Kim Richards received a pass from her sober facility to attend her daughter Brooke's wedding, which was an important event for Richards. However, she broke her sobriety at the wedding, which took place over the weekend and, according to reports, she was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

TMZ reports that Richards ingested whatever she was under the influence of in private, as when she was interacting with people after the wedding took place, she was "a mess."

Richards, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, "was saying horribly nasty things to her daughter, Brooke and was cursing out the groom's family," states a report from the New York Daily News.

The meltdown that Richards had at her daughter's wedding drove Brooke to decide never to speak to her mother again, and her sober coach, deciding she could no longer be controlled, left her in Mexico immediately after the wedding.

TMZ went on to report that Richards is still in Mexico, Cabo San Lucas to be exact, even though she was supposed to return to the rehabilitation facility by Monday.

She was just given a weekend pass by the center in order to attend the wedding.

Richards checked into the alcohol rehabilitation center after she had a relapse which resulted in her arrest, earlier this year.

Richards cited watching the season four finale of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as the trigger for her relapse.

She currently is facing two years of jail, after being charged with resisting arrest, public intoxication and battery on a police officer after the altercation which took place on April 16^th at Beverly Hills Hotel.
