Cody Simpson's mother, Angie Simpson is apparently in talks to join The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Angie, who is also mother to Disney Channel star Alli, will be replacing Brandi Glanville, according to a source who issued a statement to NW Magazine Australia.

"She'll be a new Housewife on the show soon," said the source.

Angie moved out to Hollywood in 2010 in order to help support the careers of her oldest children, but it has not been revealed whether they will also be appearing on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

It is also unclear whether Angie's husband Brad or their youngest son, Tom will be featured on the Bravo hit reality television series.

Things may get interesting, as Cody's ex girlfriend Gigi Hadid's mother, Yolanda Foster, has been on the show for years. Although she is no longer an active cast member on the show, she has been invited to participate in reunion episodes.

This means that the two may cross paths, which invites the question of whether or not they are friendly with each other.

Gigi and Cody were said to have had an amicable break up, but it is not hard to believe that there are hard feelings somewhere seeing how quickly Gigi recovered and jumped into the arms of Joe Jonas.

Cody, however has been spotted spending time with Selena Gomez, and there has been speculation that their relationship may be more than platonic.

The entire situation may be quite messy if this is the case, as Cody is apparently good friends with Justin Bieber, who Gomez was in an on again off again relationship with for years.
