'Real Housewives of Atlanta' Season 7 Cast News, Rumors: All Cast to Return to Show for New Season

Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 6 did not end on a peaceful note, but with a controversial brawl amongst Porsha Williams, Kenya Moore, and NeNe Leakes. The finale also shined light up the drama in store for Phaedra Park and her legal liabilities. A source from E! Online hinted that the ladies of RHOA were already finalizing contracts with Bravo TV in preparation for the seventh season.

When Kenya got involved in a huge fight at the Reunion Special and sparked conflict between Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss, and NeNe Leakes, fans thought that reinstating Porsha to the show would be next to impossible. However, recent rumors from E! News confirmed that all series regulars will be back on the show.

Leakes, who also starred in Dancing with the Stars and Glee, previously expressed her hesitation about her role in Real Housewives of Atlanta. "For me, it's like a blessing and a curse. It has definitely opened up so many doors and opportunities for me. I have been able to do some of everything just from being on this platform," Leakes explained, "But at the same time, it can be very negative and very draining and all of things. But also, it can put a lot of money in my pocket. Not just the show, I'm saying, other things come to you."

Prior to Leakes' contract renewal, reports surfaced about the 46-year-old actress demanding an increased salary. Leakes may have felt entitled to more money because Bravo's highest rated show is the the Atlanta franchise of Real Housewives. According to Hollwood Life, Leakes' diva attitude is being used against her, especially since other cast members are also vying for more money.
