The 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' series showcases lives filled with drama, suspense, and entertainment for the viewers of the show. However, the drama isn't limited to what is broadcast on TV. Evidently, several of the housewives have made headlines recently, including Phaedra Parks, due to an alleged scandal in her life.

In the most recent episode, Phaedra's husband, Apollo Nida, behaved intolerably in Phaedra's eyes. In one scene, he revealed very intimate details of his early relationship with Phaedra to Peter Thomas and the camera. Phaedra commented, "One more person and it could have been a three Stooges movie."

Apollo has allegedly been texting Kenya Moore on the side. However, NeNe Leakes, one of Phaedra's friends and a star on the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta', doesn't believe that Apollo is a cheater, despite his deplorable behavior. She told Phaedra that her husband was probably lying about meeting up with Kenya in Los Angeles because he was trying to hurt her.

Phaedra Parks has decided to take the higher road and ignore the situation. "What matters to me is that I have two fine young boys who are growing up without a father, and the person I thought was going to be my life partner decided to take another path," she explained.

Beyond that, one of the 'Housewives' stars, Cynthia Bailey, offered some insight into a recent episode. She said, from the outside, Phaedra and Apollo seemed very united. Cynthia wrote, "Phaedra has always carried herself as a loving and supportive wife. It was awkward to see her so uncomfortable."

Phaedra Parks is preparing to file for divorce from her imprisoned husband, although she still allows their boys to visit him in prison.
