'Quantum Break' Release Date News, Rumors: Microsoft Launches Game With ‘Alan Wake’ For Xbox One and PC
"Quantum Break" is set to be released by Microsoft with "Alan Wake." Also, the game features new time bending abilities.
Microsoft is set to give a copy of "Alan Wake" to players who pre-ordered "Quantum Break," according to Christian Daily. As per the publication, Activision is set to offer the same proposal to games, since gamers who ordered a copy of "Fallout 4" also received a copy of "Fallout 3." It is assumed that the said approach serves as the company's marketing strategy.
According to Tech Spot, Microsoft is also planning to launch "Quantum Break," along with "Killer Instinct" in the PC and Xbox One. In line with both games, there are rumors saying that "Gears of War 4" and "Forza Motorsport 6" are also set to have similar fate on cross-platform.
Recently, Microsoft has revealed its intent to merge Windows 10 and Xbox One and called them "Universal Windows Application" or UWP, as per Gizorama. According to the publication, the UWP targets to set up easier cross-platform development and provide the same set of tools for Windows and Xbox developers.
According to CEX, "Quantum Break" features a complex story that it had to be supported by explorative moments as the game storyline begins. As per the publication, gamers are set to see cut-scenes, in addition to live-action episodes, at the conclusion of each act. The game is also having a total of four episodes, which can be accomplished in just a matter of hours.
Showcasing digital episodes that enhance game interaction depending on the player's preferences, "Quantum Break" is also set to feature Jack Joyce's time powers like Time Triggers, Time Blast, and Time Vision, which he just acquired recently, as per Its News Africa.
"Quantum Break" is set to be released on Apr. 5.
