PS4 Neo Release Date, Specs News: Next Console To Be Revealed On September 15
The PlayStation 5 might not get released for a couple of years, however, Sony's upcoming gaming console, the PlayStation 4.5 might be released by the end of this year.
According to PC Advisor, the console will have an enhanced graphics performance; with it featuring the 4K output display. Also, according to Sony Interactive president Andrew House, the upcoming Sony PlayStation 4.5 will be sold along side the standard PlayStation 4 version.
The console will be compatible with the other PlayStation 4 games and there will also be a new batch of video games whose features would also be compatible and capable of keeping up with the demands and power of the PlayStatio 4.5 Neo. It is also expected that the Neo version will be more expensive compared to the standard version although as of now, there is no definite price yet released by Sony.
Also, according to Eurogamer, the game will have a specs of 36 GCN compute units at 911MHz for its GPU and 8GB GDDR5 at 218GB/s for its memory bandwidth. The PlayStation 4.5 is expected to have a great graphic performance. It guarantees a 4K support with a 60fps frame rate.
According to Christian Today, the PlayStation 4 Neo might be launched on September 15th during the Tokyo Game Show. However, there are also some speculations saying that Sony would be releasing a slimmer version of the PS4 to match the Xbox One S and as well as the Xbox One Scorpio.
