Grand Rapids, MI (November 13, 2103) - The early response has been incredibly strong for Zondervan's new project, Country Faith. The book released November 5th and already there is confirmed coverage in such mainstream outlets as Parade Magazine, People Magazine (Country Issue), American Profile Magazine (Editor's Pick), More Magazine, First for Women Magazine, The Mike Huckabee Show (Radio), Country outlets; Country Weekly, WSM-AM (Coffee, Country and Cody), FOX 17 This Morning, Spotlight Country, Country Standard Time, and Christian outlets;FOXNews.com Live "Spirited Debate," Assist News Service, CBN.org, Uptv,JesusFreakHideout.com, Beliefnet, Homecoming Magazine, Oklahoman, Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Written by the CMA award-winning journalist, Deborah Evans Price, there are fifty-six country artists featured with their favorite scriptures and a short story about why the Bible verse means so much to them. Country star Darius Rucker chose Proverbs 17:22 for his favorite passage, A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.

"A book like Country Faith is important because it not only showcases our strong ties to our faith, but it reminds readers of important values that we often times don't get to recognize when we're on the radio or performing shows," says Rucker. "I hope that by my sharing this story and passage with Deborah, others will be as inspired just as I continue to be by His words."

Price has also been busy on the interview circuit in support of Country Faith, along with such artists volunteering their time as Charlie Daniels, Darius Rucker, Jason Crabb, Jimmy Wayne, and Danny Gokey. Price has been spotlighted in the majority of the interviews, including multiple radio station interviews at Music Row Live! during CMA week that included, KKGO-FM/Los Angeles, CA, WKMK-FM/New York City, Rise Up Country with John Ritter/Nationally Syndicated, WIVK/Knoxville, TN among many others. Price was also honored during the awards show week with the 2013 CMA Media Achievement Award. The award was established to recognize outstanding achievements in the media as they relate to Country Music.
