The new season of "Prison Break" is set to premiere early next year, but rumors about its plot are already circulating as early as now. One of the hottest rumors recently is the death of a core character in the series.

Trailers for the revival series reveal that Wentworth Miller will return as Michael, following his supposed death in the previous season. But while some are happy that the upcoming season will see his return, there are speculations that his return will pose threats yet again to the lives of those who love him.

It was previously reported that Lincoln will try to get Michael out of the Yemeni prison in season 5. Over the past seven years, they were separated from each other so it is only reasonable that Lincoln will do everything he can to save his brother upon knowing that he is actually alive.

There are speculations that as Lincoln is on his way to get Michael out of Yemen, he will die. While the brothers have always stood up for each other since season 1, some speculate that it won't be the case this time.

The struggles of Michael and Lincoln started when Lincoln was jailed for a crime that he did not commit. Since then, the two have always been saving each other from potential threats to their lives.

Meanwhile, fans will see how Sara will react upon knowing that Michael is alive. Unfortunately, she is now married to Jacob. It is expected that her husband will keep her from being involved in Lincoln's plan to rescue her ex-flame.
