There is still a light at the end of the tunnel for the Emison fans when "Pretty Little Liars" Season 7 airs. According to the latest reports, there is a viable chance that Emily and Alison could rekindle their relationship.

TV Line revealed that the show's latest twist shed some hopes to the fans as Alison's new husband is on a mission to help her dead mother's secret evil twin. This resulted in speculations that since they will be apart, there is still hope that the two girls would be together.

Actress Sasha Pieterse hinted during Freeform's upront presentation in New York that "there is always hope for Emison. "To be honest, though, I don't know how long it's going to take Alison to find out [about Elliott.] I can say that she's going to go crazy this season, absolutely bonkers," she explained.

Additionally, Shay Mitchell said further that "Everybody wants them together, right? 'Emison' End Game! ... Honestly, though, I'm all for it. The fans really love 'Emison.'" However, TV Line noted that there are so many things that Mitchell's character needs to focus on first.

The guess became more plausible when she hinted a future romance on Bustle. "I hope that the girls figure this out and put an end to it," she says. "I kind of want things to end in a happy way."

While viewers are excited for the Season 7 to arrive on televisions, Pieterse added that the highly-anticipated season will be "bittersweet". "It's the beginning of the end," she concluded.
