'Pretty Little Liars' Season 6 summer finale eventually revealed the real identity of "A," disclosing that the hooded villain was CeCe Drake, who was born Charles DiLaurentis, but later converted to Charles DiLaurentis.

The episode revealed that Charlotte or CeCe, as the Liars knew her, was responsible for the murders that took place in Rosewood. However, while one mystery has been solved, another remains. The show runners are yet to reveal the person behind Mrs DiLaurentis' murder.

IB Times reports that in a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, 'Pretty Little Liars' executive producer Marlene King disclosed that CeCe was the one who buried Mrs DiLaurentis. However, it is still not known as to who killed her.

Referring to the possible murderer, King said, "That is still a mystery. That's the one thing we don't solve when we give you all the [other] answers. But Charlotte buried Mrs. D."

Meanwhile, it has been exposed that CeCe not only killed Wilden, but almost killed her brother Jason in the elevator of his father's building in Season 3.

According to the executive producer, "That was Charlotte. When Charlotte gets mad, she sometimes acts out in very strong and harsh ways. I don't think the intention was to kill Jason. It was definitely an impulsive act of revenge."

In the 'Pretty Little Liars' summer finale episode titled 'Game Over, Charles,' fans also came to know the real identity of the Black Widow and Red Coat. It was revealed that Sara Harvey, who was found with the Liars in Charles' Dollhouse, was the person who has been helping CeCe right from the start.

Nevertheless, the state of affairs that brought Sara and CeCe together still remains a mystery.

According to one theory, CeCe and Sara could have been friends from Radley, and Sara decided to become Red Coat and Black Widow with a view to lend a hand to her friend. On the other hand, another theory on Bustle states that possibly CeCe was "keeping her in the dollhouse for those years and let her out to be Red Coat in between."

'Pretty Little Liars' Season 6B will return to ABC in early 2016.
