‘Pretty Little Liars’ Season 6 Spoilers, Rumors: More Revelations in the Summer, Someone Gets Married
The Season 5 finale of 'Pretty Little Liars' was really exciting for fans, as the show revealed the identity of "A," an anonymous character who has been bullying the girls with uncanny cyber threats. It was eventually revealed that "A" was an unassuming character named Charles.
Ever since, there has been a lot of speculations regarding the precise identity of who Charles is. Latin Post reports that there are indications that Charles could possibly be Bethany's twin or Jason's twin. It is also hinted that the guy could even be Caleb, or even turn out to be the Dan Humphrey character from "Gossip Girls."
Talking to Zap2it, Joseph Dougherty, the executive producer of the teen drama mystery-thriller television series, recently talked about some possibilities without revealing too much or, in fact, anything.
In response to a query whether it was likely that Charles may or maybe not a boy, Dougherty stated that 'Pretty Little Liars' had a specific direction, but that direction might go anywhere. He said, "We know what we're doing, but it's impossible to take any possibility off the table right now. I can't say yes or no there."
Elaborating further, Dougherty said, "Here's my problem right now." He explained, "You're actually identifying things that were done on purpose in order to allow the audience and our rather intense fans to actually figure this thing out before we totally explain it. When we think about these last 10 episodes, we think of it as an amazing puzzle opportunity and if the serious fans get it right even a heartbeat before we tell them what it is, we're going to be incredibly satisfied."
Dougherty assured that fans need not worry about any any loose ends.
He went on to say, "By the time we get to the summer 10 episodes, all will be revealed. We know we have this much time and we know we're going to reboot the series, but at the same time we've got this great opportunity to bring fans into the mystery process."
Meanwhile, Entertainment Tonight offered some details, like an upcoming time jump. There is also the possibility of someone getting married.
'Pretty Little Liars' executive producer Oliver Goldstick has said that the action will not drag. He said, "Will one of them be married? Mmmm.... I'd say yes," adding, "And that's the kind of stuff we're going to jump into, and I think that's really exciting." Our money is on a Haleb wedding!
'Pretty Little Liars' will return for its sixth season in the summer.
