'Pretty Little Liars' Season 6 Premiere Recap: The Girls Fight Charles' Wrath
The sixth season of Pretty Little Liars premiered on June 2nd, and it was quite interesting indeed. After fans have been in suspense for months, the premiere of season six started right where season five left off.
Fans can remebemer that the girls ran outside as a girl who was dressed like Alison watched them.
They were able to make it out of Charles' prison, but there was truly no way out and the girls found themselves locked out of the playhouse and forced to sit in the rain.
Eventually, the door opened, and the Liars, along with Mona made their way back inside, shortly after which Charles dropped a smoke bomb and grabbed Mona as the others fell unconscious.
Three weeks later, we see that Alison's murder conviction has been overturned, as she gives her first conference.
Then Tanner wants to use Alison as bait to try to lure Andrew out, which the press conference helped to do.
Shortly after, Alison got a call from a strange number and the police traced it to find that it was coming from inside the house.
When the police searched the house, they found only a mannequin, and it turned out that Alison had faked the whole thing and run away to meet up with Caleb and Ezra in order to get the girls.
During the three weeks that passed up to this point, the girls were locked in their bedrooms.
They discovered that Alison's room was prepared for her arrival, and that Charles planned to kill Mona.
Eventually, the girls started a fire in an attempt to escape at the same time that their rescue team arrived and saved them from Charles.
