The mid-season return of "Pretty Little Liars" season 6 is expected to reunite the LIARS after being in their separate lives for a long period of time.

The synopsis of the next episode 11 entitled, "Of Late I Think of Rosewood," reads:

"Torn between their old habits and their new lives, the events in Rosewood compel the Liars to join forces again, as relationships are put to the test and secrets are revealed."

According to Christian Post, there will be a fast-forward into a time when Aria (Lucy Hale), Emily (Shay Mitchell), Hannah (Ashley Benson), and Spencer (Troian Bellisario) would look older than what we saw them during the midseason finale.

There will be a new big bad villain in the second half of the season; much more bad ass compared to the previous one. According to the show's executive producer, Marlene King, this new "big bad" will be much worse.

"This Big Bad has an agenda, and it is to find out why this person passes away and to seek revenge on the person who is responsible. And it will not stop until that person pays, and the Big Bad will kill people to get that answer," according to King.

There are also rumors spreading that the series will have more than seven seasons in the future despite initially announcing that they would not go beyond that. Maybe after seeing the success of the series, they decided to go on further with it. King also revealed that they are planning to have a "Pretty Little Liars" movie in the future.

"Pretty Little Liars" season 6 will resume January 12, 2016 on ABC.
