'Pretty Little Liars' Season 5 Episode 21 Recap: A's Violent Threats, Aria & Andrew Finally Kiss

On Tuesday's "Pretty Little Liars," episode things get heated as "A's" threats become more violent and more drama rises with a highly anticipated kiss between two of the show's characters.

To start the episode off, Aria (Lucy Hale), Emily (Shay Mitchell) and Spencer (Troian Bellisario) visit Alison (Sasha Pieterse) in jail now that they know she isn't "A." Wanting her to come along the girls try and coax Hanna (Ashley Benson), but she refuses. According to Design and Trend, the visit proves to be kind of awkward and dramatic as Alia says her lawyers knew about Mike and Mona, who was planning to fake her death for "A."

Next, Spencer was sent to England to interview with Oxford by her mother. Spencer met her sister's roommate Colin. When Spencer's purse spilled over with blood while in a conversation with an Oxford professor, he tried to comfort her. According to People, the purse ruse is definitely part of "A's" handiwork.

Another big event of the episode was when Talia (Miranda Rae Mayo) quit The Brew and left her husband. Emily was there to comfort her and the two shared a slow dance. During the scene an official from Emily's pageant came in and said that Emily shouldn't participate in the pageant since she was connected with an accused killer.

In a moment that fans of the show have waited for, Aria and Andrew shared a kiss when Andrew saved Aria from being crushed by Mike's workout equipment. The two have been hinting that they like each other for a long time, even though Aria insists that she and Ezra are still sort of dating.

The end scene was with Hanna as she decided to visit Ali in jail. Ali ends the show by saying that she was sorry for telling Hanna what to do since she now realizes how awful it is to not being able to make her own decisions since being jailed.

"Pretty Little Liars" airs Tuesdays at 8 pm on ABC Family.
