'Power' Season 3 Spoilers: Tommy Set To Kill Ghost Following Lobos' Order?
The premiere episode of "Power" season 3 saw James "Ghost" St. Patrick already in a stable relationship with Angela Valdes, his ex-mistress.
In episode 1 titled "Call Me James," Ghost decided to officially get out of the game of drug-dealing and commit himself to managing three clubs. Ghost said he did not want to spend the rest of his life fearing for his life, and that he was already at peace walking the straight and narrow path.
As Ghost gives up his throne, Tommy is left trying to go all-out just to fill his shoe. However, he has to kill Ghost before he could do that. Felipe Lobos threatens Tommy that if he fails to kill Ghost soon, his girlfriend Holly will suffer.
While Ghost wanted people to call him "James" since the time he left his old way of life behind, the previous episode showed him asking someone on the phone to call him "Ghost" after he had found out that Lobos was still alive.
On TV Guide, the description for the episode reads, "Ghost deals with loose ends before tangling with some new nightlife competition. Tommy confronts Tasha, who must learn to coexist with Angela. Later, Tommy finds an advisor in a former lover."
Viewers have yet to find out if Tommy could pull the trigger on Ghost so he could take his throne, or if his extreme loyalty and admiration for Ghost will take work and stop him from following Lobos' order.
"Power" season 3, episode 2 airs on July 24, 9:00 P.M. on Starz.
