'Power' Season 3 Spoilers: Ghost Will Get Out Of Drug Game?

"Power" season 3 is set to premiere soon, and the most recent sneak peek of the new season suggests that risks are going to get higher and bigger for Ghost.

While the season 2 finale did not give fans any reason to worry about the future of the drug kingpin, the newest teaser for the upcoming series confirms that stakes are higher for him this time around.

Since the show first premiered, James "Ghost" St. Patrick has been trying his best to get out of the drug game. It looks like in season 3, he will finally be able to leave his old lifestyle behind for good.

The sneak peek for season 3 also reveals that following his breakup with assistant U.S. attorney Angela Valdez in the previous season, the two lovers will get back together soon. Speculations about their reunion stem from a scene in the promo video where the two are shown going to the New York City night club holding hands.

However, a price is out on Ghost's head next season, so there is a chance that their new sweet life together may not last for so long. Apparently, the feds are still tailing Ghost as his ex-wife Tasha and ex-best friend Tommie are both going all-out just to catch him.

Aside from the feds tailing him, the clip also shows his biggest enemy, Kanan. His appearance in the clip makes fans of the series wonder how he managed to escape death in the previous season.

"Power" season 3 is set to premiere on July 17 on Starz.
