'Pokémon Sun' And 'Moon' News Update: Seventh-Gen Strategy Guide Revealed; Three Starter Pokemon Offered
In line with Nintendo's upcoming game "Pokemon Sun" and "Pokemon Moon," it is revealed that the games are set to have their own strategy guides.
The Pokemon Company is set to release the strategy guides for "Pokemon Sun" and "Pokemon Moon," Comic Book has learned. As per the publication, the guides are bound to be released along with a standard edition and a hardcover special collector's edition that has 14 pages of bonus content, which is still vague at the time being.
The guide, which has 350 pages, is entitled "Pokemon Sun & Pokemon Moon: The Official Strategy Guide," according to Headline and Global News. As per the publication, the product is set to come in two versions - the standard version, which costs $25, and the collector's edition for $40. Players in the United States and Canada can now pre-order the strategy guides.
The "Pokemon Sun" and "Pokemon Moon" strategy guide contains a detailed walk-through of both games, as well as locations of certain Pokemon, items, technical machines (TM), and hidden machines (HM). It is also full of official art, game maps, and a list of the new Pokemon from the Alola region, just like the previous "Pokemon" game strategy guides.
For the time being, fans and gamers know that "Pokemon Sun" and "Pokemon Moon" are set to offer three starter Pokemon - Rowlet, the grass quill Pokemon; Litten, the fire cat Pokemon, and Popplio, the sea lion Pokemon. While their evolutionary typing are being speculated, Nintendo and Niantic have yet to make an official reveal.
Both "Pokemon Sun" and "Pokemon Moon" strategy guides are set to be released along with the games on Nov. 18.
