'Pokemon Go' Release Date, News Update: Niantic Will Send Out Invitations To Lucky Fans For Game Testing

Niantic will be giving out the invitations for their game testing to the lucky fans in Australia and New Zealand in a couple of days. Recently they announced that there will be a registration process where gamers can sign up and come Monday, Niantic will be sending out their invitations.

According to Niantic (via News Everyday), the developers of the game "will select users based on a variety of factors which may include OS types, experience in real world games and an element of luck." If the gamers were "selected to participate," they will be sent out an email containing the detailed instructions for them to play the game.

While some found the game fun and easy, others wish that there would be a tutorial guide or a quick walk through on the very beginning of the game so that they won't feel lost at first.

Pokémon GO is one of the most awaited augmented-reality game today. The game is developed by Niantic and will be available on iOS and Android devices. They initially said that there will be some kind of wearable device so that people who are "on the Go" would still be able to play the game. That wearable device will feature a Bluetooth connection which would be used to notify the gamers when a Pokémon is nearby. A LED and a light rumble will be used to do just that.

There is no definite date yet about the release of the game but it is with high probability that the game will come out in 2016.
