'Pokemon GO' Release Date News: Pre-Orders Available Now; Game Arriving This August?
In line with Nintendo's "Pokemon GO," it is revealed that the game title is now available for pre-orders, which hints that the game's official release is coming soon.
"Pokemon GO" pre-orders are set to commence shipping on July 31, according to Vine Report. The much-anticipated game, which is set to be available in Android and iOS, can be pre-ordered at $34.99. However, it is also revealed that Nintendo and Niantic are still yet to announce the official release date for the upcoming gaming application.
According to the report, Nintendo's "Pokemon GO" Plus, the app's partner device, is set to show the iconic Pokeball design in a teardrop-shaped design, which is at par with the Global Positioning System (GPS) icon. In addition, the device is also expected to sport a strap, which allows players to wear it on their wrists or belt for improved accessibility.
"Pokemon GO" Plus can also be accessed by a player's smartphone via Bluetooth, allowing players to be notified when a nearby Pokemon is nearby. This also improves players' convenience, as they do not have to open and look at their smartphones to view a wild Pokemon nearby.
As per Nintendo Life, Nintendo and Niantic are now in preparation for the app's upcoming launch. According to the publication, the beta testers in the United States have now been informed that the field test for the upcoming app is set to conclude on June 30.
It is also revealed that the post-field test will follow data reset, which include the saved data of the beta testers. Niantic has also expressed its gratitude to those who tested the "Pokemon GO."
Overall, "Pokemon GO" is assumed to come out in August.
