'Pokemon GO' News: Nianti Responded To Fans After Releasing Fix Update

"Pokemon GO" players are busy catching and completing their Pokedex until Niantic released an update, which maddened some fans. In line with this, Niantic has responded to the criticism its update got.

In a statement, as the studio posted on its official Facebook page, Niantic said that they had read fans' posts and e-mails and they heard the frustration from people in places where they had not launched yet.

According to Niantic, they had been working crazy hours to keep the game running as they continued to launch globally. The studio also mentioned that they had not tweeted much, as they had been heads down working on the game. It is added that they would do their best going forward to keep fans posted on what was going on.

As per Niantic, they made some two major fixes to the title. The first was the removal of the three-step display, which aimed to improve upon the underlying design. It is revealed that the original feature was confusing, failing to meet the studio's product goals. Niantic assured that they would update fans and gamers as push to make the feature better.

Another change is the limited access by third-party services, which had been interfering with Niantic's ability to preserve quality service for their users and to bring "Pokemon GO" users around the world. As per Niantic, the surplus of users had challenged them to roll the the around the world.

On Aug. 1, Pokevision, the real-time and live location map for "Pokemon GO" tweeted why they took Teespring down. Pokevision wrote they had done it because while they did want Pokevision to be up, they could not guarantee it and did not want to give false hope.

Nintendo and Niantic's "Pokemon GO" was released for Android and iOS on July 6.
