PlayStation VR News: 'War Thunder' And 'Cinderella Girls' To Launch On Virtual Reality Console

While "War Thunder" has been announced to be available on HTC Vive, the developer is planning to bring the game to Playstation VR as well. In other news, "The Idolmaster: Cinderella Girls Viewing Revolution" can also be viewed on the new console once it launches a few months from now.

Kai Powell wrote for WCCF Tech that Gaijin has promised to bring the title to Playstation VR when it rolls around in October.

The reviewer also said that "War Thunder" is meant to be played on virtual reality because of the interactive gameplay. That would really put the players right in the cockpit simulating spectacular dogfights.

There's a bit of a caveat, however.

The reviewer said that when played on Playstation VR, "War Thunder" would provide the player a 360 view of his environment. However, the digital environment gave him a bit of a motion sickness that lasted for a long time. That's not to say that everybody would have a similar experience.

Also, this could mean that the developer has succeeded in providing an experience that really simulates being a fighter pilot.

In related news, Gematsu said that "The Idolmaster: Cinderella Girls Viewing Revolution" can be viewed on Playstation VR. The vide will include the nine idols of the Cinderella Project as they perform in Maihama Ampitheater. Playstation VR players will get to experience all the sensations, images and sounds using their glow sticks.

Watch out for more news about Playstation VR which will be published here when they come along, ahead of the release date in Japan on Oct. 13.
