PlayStation 4.5 Update Rumors: 4K-Capable PS4 Not Confirmed Release Date Yet?
Sony may be on the brink of something here. The company is rumored to come up with a new version of its popular PlayStation video game console which could be a hybrid of conventional gaming consoles and a PC.
For years, the PC has faded in the gaming industry. It was only a couple of years ago when the platform managed to crawl up from the deep hole that it found itself in through the rise of today's innovation in technology, mainly in graphics and computer capabilities.
Sony on the other hand has been rumored to release a new upgrade of its current PS4 flagship console, but it is not yet time for the PlayStation 5. Although the PS5 is likely in the works, their new product which might be revealed in just a couple of months is currently only known as PlayStation 4.5.
The upgraded gaming device is rumored to have 4K capabilities and will have even more enhanced processing power, enough to satisfy the requirements of the PlayStation VR, according to Kotaku.
There is no word yet from Sony, so players will have to wait it out for another couple of weeks to get more information about the new device.
Also, the PlayStation VR was recently launched, and the device was tagged with the price of $399.
There is no news yet about the release date of the PlayStation 4.5, but we will update you as we gather new information from Sony and other sources regarding this exciting new console update.
