'Persona 5', the most awaited game from developer Atlus, will be launched this year in Japan on the platforms, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4, according to the game's official website.
Also, the website has released a few screenshots of the game, which show some of the sequences taken from the trailer as well as some others not included in it.
Atlus just released a new 'Persona 5' trailer, giving some insight into the features of the game, amid all the speculation on the Internet about the details of the game play. In fact, the Japanese magazine Famitsu has revealed some details. The magazine said that the new entry of the series will feature dungeons with plenty of gimmicks and challenges. It's also been confirmed that Persona 5 will feature a system similar to the Social Links system of Persona 3 and Persona 4 but not much is currently known about it.
Last week, the main character's starting Persona, Arsène, has also been revealed, according to explosion.com.
The Persona series began in 1996 on the Playstation, and there have been five main games in the series, since: "Persona,' "Persona 2: Innocent Sin,' "Persona 2: Eternal Punishment,' "Persona 3,' and "Persona 4.'
Even with such intense speculations, there's still no official release date for Persona 5 from Atlus. However they confirm that they are planning to release it before the end of 2015 both in Japan and North America, according to Crossmap.
The plot of the game seems to focus on a story that is morally gray and the protagonist, a criminal, who seems to have some sort of emotional problems that ties him down throughout the game, according to Emertainment Monthly.
