'Persona 5' News: Game Confirmed to be Released in U.S. for 2015

'Persona' fans will all be happy to hear that the highly-anticipated fifth installment to their long running JRPG series will be coming this year in Japan and in North America.

While it was confirmed to be releasing in Japan this year, the game's official website has recently confirmed its release later in 2015 for the U.S. also.

"Persona 5 was conspicuously absent during E3 2015, but considering the franchise's popularity in Japan, one can reasonably assume Atlus is saving any and all major announcements for Tokyo Game Show," writes IGN.

So far fans have only had teaser photos and trailers to savor over. From what fans know, the game will focus on a whole new host of characters in a new area of Japan.
