Peanuts Movie Release Date, New Trailer News: Snoopy Takes Doghouse-Plane to Paris

'The Peanuts Movie' is scheduled for release by the end of 2015, but a trailer showing Snoopy taking a flight in his doghouse-plane to Paris was recently launched to keep Snoopy fans delighted while wanting more.

It seems the animated clip shows the infamous white dog taking a trip to Paris aboard his doghouse-plane. At the end of the clip, Charlie Brown and his fellow Peanuts characters, including Lucy, Schroeder, and Patty, can be seen at a cinema. Charlie Brown, as usual, is the butt of the joke as he tips a bucket of popcorn over his head and mutters his infamous catchphrase, "Good grief."

'The Peanuts Movie' is going to be an animated 3D film based on Charles Schulz's comic strip and directed by Steve Martino of 'Ice Age: Continental Drift' fame. The script is written by Schulz's son and grandson, Craig and Bryan Schulz. Unfortunately, Charles Schulz could not contribute to the new movie, as he passed away back in 2000.

This will be the first time that Snoopy, Charlie Brown, and the rest of the gang from Charles Schulz's timeless 'Peanuts' comic strip will be making their big-screen debut, says ComingSoon.

'Peanuts' was the most popular and influential comic strip of all time and was read every day by 355 million people in 75 countries. The movie is currently looking at a November 6, 2015 release date.
