Paul Walker Death News: Late Actor's Father Sues Rodas Estate for $1.8 Million

Car-lover, entrepreneur, and actor Paul Walker was 40-years-old and living his life to the fullest when a tragic accident took his life on November 30, 2013. Unfortunately, the actor's family is reportedly suing Roger Rodas' estate for Walker's roughly $1.8 million car collection.

The lawsuit claimed that the Rodas family withheld cars and other motor vehicles that Paul either partially or completely owned. Walker and Rodas were not only good friends, they were also co-owners of a car shop in California. The car shop, "Always Evolving," housed more the 30 cars in its collection. Altogether, these cars could add up to a sum of around $1.8 million.

Paul Walker III, the late actor's dad, demands that Rodas' family either hands over the cars or pays the Walker family the "proportionate share of any sales proceeds derived from the sale of such vehicles. If they choose to hand over the cars, Walker and his family could be walking away with a number of late-model BMWs, Audis, Porches and Ford Mustangs.

While the late Paul Walker's father insists that the cars now belong to the Walker family, the Rodas family has rejected the claim. The two will evidently face-off in court for resolution.

Walker's father seems to be doing only what is best for his son, and his son's family. "I feel his presence every day," Walker III said, "I miss talking to him a great deal. He had a good heart."
