The Braverman family from the NBC series 'Parenthood' returns on January 8^th for the action-packed final four episodes of Season 6. In the next episode, "How Did we Get Here?" viewers will begin to see how dramatic parenthood can actually get.

'Parenthood' tells the story of Zeke Braverman and his wife, Camille, and their four children and their respective families. The Braverman's first child, Adam, is married to Kristina and has three children. Sarah is divorced with two children. Crosby married Jasmine in Season 3, and the baby of the family, Julia, is married with two children of her own.

According to a recent promotional video, Zeke is in for some serious trouble. He has another major heart attack, and the doctor tells him that this time, he might not make it. By the end of the season, we may need to prepare for the death of the Braverman patriarch.

Adam is running into some bad luck of his own as business at The Luncheonette continues to sink, and Adam wants out. Crosby is Adam's partner at The Luncheonette, but he may not be able to handle the business on his own.

Fortunately, the two girls of the Braverman clan seem happier since the start of Season 6. In the promo, Joel pledges to Julia that he will never leave her again. Sarah's love interest, Hank, tells Sarah that he wants to start a new life with her. The romance for the girls is sure to heat up in the final four episodes.

On that note, Jason Katims, the show creator, wants to lead up to a finale that will give everybody in the cast a "sense of resolution."
