'Paper Mario: Color Splash' Release Date: Game Set To Be Fun-Packed, Nintendo Says?
In line with Nintendo's "Paper Mario: Color Splash," it is revealed that the title is set to involve humor.
"Paper Mario's" associate producer Risha Tabata revealed that the title's "Color Splash" is set to feature its silly aspect. In his interview with Game Spot, Tabata said that they had wanted to focus on humor as much as possible. He added that different people had got together in meetings room and basically very diligently and seriously thought of how they could do the stupidest and craziest things possible.
According to Tabata, the game is set to feature Mario throwing fireballs, as well as a spring jump where a player could jump on one end several times. It is also teased that players will open more card slots as they progress in the game.
As per Nintendo Enthusiast, Tabata suggests that the title's course are set to provide different gaming experience to players. It is revealed that a specific course may be more inclined to combat while the other may concentrate on problem solving.
In the same interview, Tabata said that the artists had spent a lot of time thinking that they could try things and it would look like paper, adding that the base of everything was made from cardboard and different types of paper were layered on top of it.
Published by Nintendo for the Wii U, it is revealed that the title's gameplay resembles hat of "Sticker Star." Moreover, it is assumed that the game is set to concentrate on the paper theme, diverging the gameplay from the RPG elements and story.
Nintendo's "Paper Mario: Color Splash" is set to be released on Oct. 7.
