On Pandora's blog it was stated how grateful they are as the Thumbprint radio was officially launched last December 14, 2015. In confidence Pandora expressed how the Thumbprint radio will evolve as one will tune in while creating an individual Thumbprint Radio Station. "This is a living, breathing station that will continue to change as you listen" as cited in Pandora's blog.

In addition, one of the things that added confidence to Pandora Company is its musicologist that will guide the listeners to the different genres preferred.

Sharing to other friends is also possible with Thumbprint as it will allow the user to share it with other friends without hassle. After the sharing, Pandora will automatically refresh and systematically update the playlist for the convenience of the user.

However, Pandora emphasized that access to the Thumbprint Radio Station is only possible after a three station is added. On the other hand, Pandora's Chief Producer Chris Phillips says that Pandora wishes to collaborate with the listener by helping them find their music of choice. "You shared with us what music you love via all your thumbs, and we heard you" Phillips said as cited in Tech Times.
